Review: The Seven Deadly Sins 1

The Seven Deadly Sins 1 The Seven Deadly Sins 1 by Nakaba Suzuki
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I found out about this manga via the actual anime that I have been watching lately.
I decided to check out this book out of my Town’s local library. And I will be honest, I found this manga to be very good and actually over-reached my expectations. To be honest, I thought the manga would be a little darker. But, nope, all the jokes from all the pervy ones between Elizabeth and Captain Meliodas to the tamer inside jokes like that King Arthur. The artwork and character design were beautiful. The backgrounds and minor details look exactly the way the show portrays it to be. The only differences I saw was ‘-sama’ suffix ending for the character. I know it’s some sort of thing say out of respect to those in authority. Anyone who can explain it to me please comment or link it below. Now, I enjoy this series mostly for Sir Meliodas and would like to know why he, a 5,000+-year-old demon, come in the form of a child or a young teenager. I really look forward to reading the rest of this series see how the manga portrays it.
All I have to say is, Thank you, Nakabu Suzuki, Thank you!
